SUP Fishing Crate

I have used this Safari Crate for a couple of years now.  It is one of those fishing envy kinds of things.  Everyone that sees it needs one.  It is a milk crate shell with a mesh cover.  There are pockets and tie downs for everything.  There is also a rigid rod holder, a fly rod holder that lays over as an outrigger and a paddle pocket.

SUP Setup

Here is my setup for my SUP.

The board is a Hooked SUP made by Alex Aguera. I’ve got a cooler strapped to rear with a triple Scotty’s rod holder behind that. The board comes with attatchment points for all this. The front has a Safari crate. I have a Huminbird Fishin budy that I clamp onto the crate. This is a great setup.
